1. Appointment Policy
- Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, so we can inspect your vehicle and provide you with the best service option. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
- Cancellations/No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
2. Payment Policy
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards.
- Payment Due: A 25% Deposit is required before any service. Rest of the due amount can be paid after service is complete.
- Deposits: A deposit is required before any service is carried out. Deposit can be paid via, cash or credit/debit cards.
3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Inspection
- Pre-Service Inspection: A walk-around inspection will be performed before starting. Pre-existing damage will be noted and acknowledged by the customer.
- Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
- Extra Charges: Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazard material (e.g., vomit, blood) may result in additional charges, which will be discussed before starting.
4. Service Limitations
- Expected Results: While we strive for perfection, some stains, scratches, or odours may not be fully removable. Results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.
- Engine Cleaning: Engine detailing is performed at the customer’s own risk. We are not liable for any electrical or mechanical issues that may arise after cleaning.
5. Liability & Damage
- We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
- Damage due to improper installation of aftermarket accessories (e.g., loose moldings, decals).
- Mechanical or electrical failure during or after detailing not caused by our negligence.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Environmental Policy
- We use eco-friendly and biodegradable products whenever possible.
- Wastewater is disposed of responsibly in compliance with local environmental regulations.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle that poses a risk to the health or safety of our staff, or if the condition of the vehicle exceeds the scope of what we can accommodate.
